We do have special practice session for kids and even Women, this is conducted under guidance of coaches who are dedicated to only serve our club as Coach for kids and Women.

In order to leave the club you have to just inform any of the board members in writing. If you are leaving and joining any other clubs in Sweden then regulations according to SCF has to be followed duly.
